The 16th Cheshire Business Awards ceremony took place at Chester Racecourse last Friday (4th October 2019). The awards culminated in a major ceremony and dinner to present the prestigious awards, recognising enterprise, achievement and innovation across Cheshire.
The awards provide the region with the chance to reflect and celebrate the individuals and businesses who help to make Cheshire a thriving region which continues to grow.
We are proud to announce that one of our most trusted and valued partners, Smart Clinic, claimed the Innovation and Enterprise Award.
The award recognises Smart Clinic for making occupational health and wellbeing services more accessible and convenient than ever. Founder and Director, Harry Cramer, was on hand to accept the award, alongside the companies Occupational Health Manager, Joanne Carroll.
The Smart Clinic is a phone and web app service that emulates everything you would expect from a physical clinic, but from the comfort of your own home, office or anywhere with internet access.
With an online booking system, referral process and virtual appointments available via smartphone, tablet or PC, the Smart Clinic allows our schools’ staff to access market leading occupational health services any time, and from any place.
Services accessible via the Smart Clinic platform include occupational health assessments, counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy and much more.
Providing schools with access to digital healthcare has reduced waiting times, increased uptake, alleviated travelling and reduced the time staff spend away from work to attend appointments.
What’s more, Smart Clinic’s services are included as part of our staff absence insurance policy, meaning there is no additional cost to our schools.
We’d like to extend our warmest congratulations to Smart Clinic, and thank them for their continued to support in ensuring our services remain at the forefront of staff absence management for schools, colleges and academies throughout the UK.
