The votes are in and have been counted, now it’s time to announce the winner of our 2013 fundraising challenge.
There were lots of great entries but there can only be one winner!
Absence Protection employees have been voting for their favourite entry and it was very close but there was one school that the staff are particularly excited to raise money for.
So it gives us great pleasure to announce that the winner is…
Morgan’s Vale and Woodfalls C of E Primary School, Wiltshire
Congratulations to Morgan’s Vale and Woodfalls C of E Primary School, this entry was particularly popular amongst the staff at Absence Protection. Now it’s up to us to think of a fun and creative way to help the school raise money to redevelop their outside wooded area. Currently the space is used as a waste area, the school plan to redevelop the area and create a diverse learning area where children can study nature, bug hunt and come outside to read. They would like to add bird boxes, flowers and build a bug hotel to attract nature.
We would also like to say a big thank you to the runners up:
2nd Place, St Mary’s Farnham Royal, Buckinghamshire
3rd Place, Henry Hinde Infant School, Warwickshire
Each school will receive a cheque for £50 to go towards their very worthy causes. All of the entries received this year were fantastic and we would like to wish them luck with their fundraising.
